Proverbs 10:24

The fears of the wicked will be fulfilled; the hopes of the godly will be granted. Proverbs 10:24

The fears of the wicked will always come to pass as a result of their choice to follow wickedness instead of righteousness. But as Christians, we have no reason to fear because of the love of God that resides in our hearts. Perfect love has cast out all our fear. Instead, we can be expectant, because the desires of the righteous are always met.

Dear God, I am grateful that I am identified as righteous and never as wicked. Father, I am grateful that I have nothing to fear but everything to look forward to because You have made me righteous. Lord, I pray for the wicked too, that they will see the wrong in their actions, and they will come to You, realizing that they need a Savior. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
