2 Timothy 1:12

We will face hard times. As Christians, we will be persecuted. However, we have no reason to be ashamed of our sufferings because they do not define us. We have placed our trust in Jesus Christ and believe we will join together with Him when He returns. Our eternal hope is founded in this promise; therefore, we are able to bear all things.

Dear God, while I am going through this hardship, help me to cling to Your promises. I know the only way I will be able to face these difficulties is by placing my trust in You. You give me strength. Thank you, O Lord, for sending Your son so that we may have eternal hope. May I never be ashamed of You or where You lead me, Father. In Jesus’ name, amen.

"For the which cause I also suffer these things: nevertheless I am not ashamed: for I know whom I have believed, and am persuaded that he is able to keep that which I have committed unto him against that day." 2 Timothy 1:12
