The Word Became Flesh 1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
Jesus has been around God since the beginning of time and creation. He even knew His fate on the cross. When Jesus came to earth, He was able to speak God’s words to the world whereas this was impossible before. Through Christ’s journey to the world, we have been gifted with God’s Holy Word and eternal hope.
Dear God, Your works are too marvelous to comprehend! You are the creator of the universe and the Holy Trinity has been present since the beginning of time. Without the hope of Jesus, we would have no hope. You sent Your son, Your Word, to save us from sin and darkness. We cling to Your word and hope for eternity. In Jesus’ name, amen.
